At Pastries A-La-Carte, our skilled bakers and decorators are committed to marrying high quality ingredients, traditional methods, and exemplary artistry to produce an array of mouth-watering items including beautifully decorated cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, cheesecakes, pies, and other fine delicacies. Our cookies are rolled and cut out by hand, the apples for our pies come from a local orchard, and we train professional artists to decorate our iced cutouts and cakes.
Because of this dedication to excellence and the strength of our service, Pastries A-La-Carte has cultivated a thriving wholesale business, serving as the official bakeshop for the Pittsburgh Penguins and providing to PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, Page Dairy Mart, and an array of restaurants, event venues, and other area businesses.
